PRICES
Prices include transportation and onboard service. Not included are meals, beverages, gratuities, fees, disembarkation and disembarkation charges, any passenger, baggage, or vehicle insurance, trip cancellation costs, any reservation fees charged by travel agencies, and other personal expenses. Only one discount can be applied per trip. Discounts are non-refundable after the trip has concluded.
MEALS ON BOARD
Meals are not included in the fare. The snack bar and self-service restaurant are available onboard and are also open for evening departures.
TIMETABLES AND SAILING TIMES
Departure and arrival times are local time and are pilot-to-pilot. Schedules and sailing times are subject to change without notice. The shipping company is not liable for unforeseen changes caused by force majeure or technical reasons.
OPEN-DATE SHIPPING TICKETS
“Open-date” boarding tickets, meaning tickets without a confirmed reservation, are valid for six months from the date of issue. Seat allocation for a desired date must be requested in advance. Any price difference must be paid by the passengers upon boarding. A 10% processing fee will be deducted for cancellations or refunds.
LOST SHIPPING TICKETS
The loss or theft of a boarding ticket must be reported to the shipping company immediately. They will suspend the ticket.
IN CASE OF THEFT
At the departure terminal, upon presentation of the officially certified police report, the passenger will receive a duplicate ticket at no extra charge.
If the passenger decides not to travel after the theft, they must request a refund from the company within 180 days.
IN CASE OF LOSS
Passengers can obtain a duplicate of their original ticket with the same accommodation at the embarkation point on the day of departure after paying the full fare.
A refund will only be issued after 180 days from the date of issue, provided the lost ticket remains unused.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
The following conditions apply to cancellations of tickets with seat reservations:
On the day of reservation – no cancellation fee;
Up to the day before departure, 90% of the ticket price will be refunded;
On the day of departure, 75% of the ticket price will be refunded.
Passengers who fail to board without having cancelled their reservation beforehand are not entitled to a refund. Refunds can only be issued in the country where the ticket was issued and only by the issuing office, provided the cancellation was made electronically.
LUGGAGE
Passengers may only carry hand luggage. Passengers with vehicles on board may leave their luggage there. The onboard garage is not accessible to passengers during the voyage. A luggage storage facility is available for a fee upon embarkation.
ACCOMMODATION ON BOARD
Passengers wishing to change their booked accommodation must report to the information desk. Passengers must vacate their cabins 3 hours prior to arrival.
PET
Dogs must wear a muzzle and will be housed in kennels on board. Cats and other pets must be kept in cages or baskets. Owners are responsible for providing food and supplies for their pets. Animals must have a valid international health certificate.
EMBARKATION INSTRUCTIONS
Passengers with reservations or ship tickets must report to the shipping company at least two hours before departure time (3 hours for groups). In case of delay, the company reserves the right to cancel the reservation in question or to accommodate other waiting passengers.
EXPORT TRUCKS, EXPORT COMMERCIAL VEHICLES, AND EXPORT CARS
Export trucks, export commercial vehicles, and export passenger cars must arrive in time to complete the necessary customs formalities.
IDENTIAL CARD AND HEALTH CERTIFICATES
Passengers must carry a passport or other valid identification for departure, including visas and vaccination certificates if required. The company is not liable for any delay in departure due to invalid travel documents, and no refunds will be issued for this reason.
